Hiya!

I’m so glad you are here! I’m Lauren, a calligrapher and designer, a Texas native, an Ole Miss Rebel, and I LOVE a good creative project. I’d love to get to know you! What are your creative ideas, needs, dreams?

I live in Gypsum, Colorado with my hubs and our baby girl, and I’ve called the Vail Valley home for ten years. I fell in love with weddings and events after I planned my own wedding in Vail in 2018. I had worked as a concierge, and I have always loved growing relationships with local vendors and supporting the Valley’s hospitality and events community. I love following event and calligraphy trends and stay very tapped in to an awesome network of amazing creatives.

With that said, I have been practicing calligraphy for over TWELVE years now. I studied at Southern Methodist University under the esteemed Susie-Melissa Cherry (she worked for The White House, ya'll!). This is where I learned pointed pen calligraphy and a world of creativity was opened up to me. I also worked in fine art representation, as I appreciate all things art and beauty, where I specialized in graphic design and photo editing.
